There is a $39.00 set up charge for each order in addition to the per piece cost. The set up charge will be added to the "per quantity" price in the shopping cart. This item takes 2 weeks for processing prior to shipping from our NY distribution center.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Please order extra to allow for any damage during shipping. Our manufacturer will not run small quantities to replace damaged items. A credit will be issued to you if items arrive damaged. Ordering extras at a later date will require you to meet the minimum quantity permitted for that particular item.
