To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Accent The Party is not liable for any damages arising from the downloading and installing of software, owned or operated by any third parties in connection with this site.
Availability and Pricing
Due to a high turnover in the warehouses, we can not guarantee the availability of any product. Also, please note that due to product availabilities, we reserve the right to make any necessary substitutions for the value of the order such as peppermint candies, bows and ribbons, lollipop flavors, etc. Prices are subject to change.
Accent the Party and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Accent the Party does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability

In the event that an Accent The Party product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Accent The Party reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We will be requesting a photo of the damaged items for review prior to issuing credit or sending you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. Damage photos must be submitted via email. Should you wish to not submit a photo, an RMA will be issued to you to return your order in full. No assistance will be provided in regards to replacements without a damage photo for review. Request for damages and returns must be submitted by filling out the form at www.accenttheparty.com/returns. We must be notified first before returning any items. All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Accent The Party within 7 business days of receiving your order or your claim for damages will be denied. Damages with Chocolate Lollipops must be made within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Please email our customer service department to initiate a claim. We only accept requests vie email as we do not record phone calls but we do save and document all emails. Please note that Accent The Party is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier (UPS). However, Accent The Party will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Accent the Party allows a full 30 days to return your full order and we will not charge you restocking fees?

- We do not accept partial returns - only the full order placed
- We assume no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive an order on time. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages as we are not the shipping carrier. Large orders and USPS orders require a signature in accordance with our Fraud Protection Program.
- Refunds will be less shipping and handling. Shipping costs back to the warehouse(s) is customers responsibility. This may mean sending to multiple warehouses if you order items from multiple locations.
- NO CLAIMS ON SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS
- NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS
- NO RETURNS IF THE ITEM HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED OR IS A FOOD ITEM

PERSONALIZED GLASSWARE DAMAGES: However rare, a few glassware items can break during transit and it is not possible for us to replace these damaged pieces. Accent the Party can only offer credit. Please be sure that you order enough pieces to cover all contingencies.
WEDDING T-SHIRTS AND APPAREL
No cancellations after 24 hours as the process of screen printing may have begun. Please review your design and the product size chart prior to ordering, as each order is made individually to your specifications and cannot be resold. For this reason, we cannot exchange or refund orders based on size discrepancy or customer errors (such as spelling, colors, etc) made in the Design Center. Please email us at email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be packaged in the original shipping cartons, including all packing materials and must be the entire quantity ordered as we do not accept partial returns. Accent the Party does not accept cancellations/returns on orders that are personalized (unless there is an error made by us) - (this includes candy jars, playing cards and other items that personalized stickers are to be applied to - whether the stickers have been applied to the product or not, they are non-returnable / non-refundable - NO EXCEPTIONS). Please mark the RMA number on the outside of all cartons being returned. If you took advantage of our "free shipping" special offer, please note the original shipping costs will be re-applied to your order if you choose to return the merchandise and will be deducted from your refund.
You must contact us for return instructions and RMA number. If you do not contact us prior to returning items, Accent the Party will not accept the return. We thank you for your understanding.
We do not offer refunds on missed events if your item is a personalized item (we do not offer refunds on personalized items at all unless there is a mistake on our part with spelling). We assume no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive an order on time. It is the customers responsibility to read the product webpage in it's entirety and to review the processing times that are stated on that product web page to determine if they will receive their personalized order in time (taking into account it is not the height of wedding season which may slow down normal processing). Please allow enough time for processing and shipping before your event. We do not expedite orders according to your need by date. If you are not sure please email us.
